BENEO presented BENEO-Technology Center in the FiE

Madrid, 2011-December in the this year’s Edition of the European trade fair of food ingredients (FiE) in Paris, BENEO – one of the main manufacturers of functional ingredients – announced the creation of BENEO-Technology Center.

He combines long experience technical and food applications of BENEO in order to enhance and to promote product innovation in the sectors of bread and cereals, infant food, drinks, confectionery and dairy sector. By combining the experience of specialists in different fields of application of BENEO, customers have access to a broad-based knowledge for the incorporation of the BENEO ingredients in its main applications.

BENEO-Technology Center will provide expert advice on technical issues related to food applications to customers. Develop recipes and formulations for products with an optimized nutritional composition, that will satisfy the expectations of consumers with regard to texture, appearance and taste. BENEO-Technology Center experts have the necessary experience on manufacturing processes in order to provide on-site counselling technical problems.

In addition to its main laboratories have (Belgium) and Offstein (Germany), BENEO-Technology Center has the support of teams located in BENEO Inc. (EE).(UU) and BENEO Asia/Pacific (Singapore) to provide specific knowledge of these regional markets. In addition, BENEO can access the knowledge and experience of Südzucker through its Central Services Department of research and development (CRDS, its acronym in English). BENEO-Technology Center also cooperates with partners from all levels of the food industry, including suppliers of machinery, companies of aromas, stabilizers and emulsifiers experts, to provide its customers a knowledge about applications still wider.

On behalf of the technical expertise of BENEO, BENEO-Technology Center complements the nutritional and legal expertise of the BENEO-Institute, as well as the experience of the company on the market and the detailed knowledge of the consumer. This unique selection of knowledge guarantees customers BENEO support throughout the process of development of the product from the lab to the market.
