Federation national Private clinics ( FNCP) ensures that strike the day has passed “quiet” and “uneventful notified” by its partners, who have only called them to expose doubts or legal consultations on workers, as they have indicated to Europa Press from employers, which expected tomorrow having data on the follow-up to.

During the week, this employer has shown its rejection of the call for general strike on the grounds that it is a measure of “political pressure against the Government and the Congress of Deputies” which really harms employers, causing “serious economic damage” to aggravate the crisis.

For the Federation, “the labor reform that has led the call for strike tries to respond to the major challenges that the labour market Spanish dragging on for decades and does not reduce the labour rights of any worker, but contributes to raise the productivity and competitiveness of the Spanish companies”.

Clinics, hospitals and private clinical analysis laboratories have had the usual template of a festive and included day cancer treatments (chemotherapy and radiotherapy) and dialysis during this day of strike.

Thus agreed it the FNCP and representatives of Comisiones Obreras and UGT, so that the minimum services offered in these centres “ensured the maintenance of essential community service”.

However, such agreement not replaces those established in each community only prevail for those in which there is no established minimum services.
