EROSKI receives healthy eating Foundation Prize.

Madrid, March 2012.- EROSKI has been honored with the award of the healthy eating Foundation, awarded to those business initiatives for the promotion of food balanced with greater impact on the consumer.

This prize has been awarded by the Scientific Committee of the Spanish society of nutrition and Food Sciences (SEDCA), in the framework of its 25th anniversary, and its annual meeting nutrition 2012 ” / 16th Conference on nutrition practicewhich was held at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and the EROSKI participated.

The award ceremony took place during the closing ceremony and has been collected by Alejandro Martínez-Berriochoa, Director of CSR, who said that the constant efforts made by EROSKI to promote the balanced diet and diet suitable for each person, is part of its idiosyncrasy, in his eagerness to inform and care for the consumer ”. On the healthy eating Foundation

It is a non-profit organization whose main objective is the promotion of a balanced and healthy diet in all ages and life circumstances.
