The Ministry of health, Social services and equality is committed to meet with the unions in order to analyze and negotiate the proposals agreed working groups created after Last Interterritorial Council of the National system of health ( SNS), aiming to define and improve professional development, service portfolio, the map of technologies of the information and the centralized purchasing platform resources.

And the President of the national health sector of the independent trade union CSI-CSIF, Fernando Molina, after participating along with other trade union representatives with the general Secretary of health, Pilar Farjas, at the first meeting of the legislature of the Forum framework for Social dialogue has been confirmed to Europa Press.

According to Molina, health professionals “do not want la calidad asistencial see undermined by cuts” and, at the same time, want that their remuneration conforms “to what they are and what they do”.

For his part, the Secretary-General of the Union of nursing SATSE, Alejandro Laguna, has expressed his satisfaction to hear from the Ministry commitment that will feature representatives from professionals in other organs of participation and working groups with the aim of “joint efforts to improve the conditions of this group”.

However, this expert also has insisted that the organs of participation must not remain a mere “Declaration of intent”, and have “continuity and content”. “Will be the only way that can serve to respond to the interests and problems of professionals and users of health”, has insisted.
