At the same time, health and the College of dentistry signed an agreement to facilitate the procedures to dental clinics.

With these agreements, better response to complaints of citizens in relation to dental benefits will be achieved, and is favored to make renewals of authorization of the dental clinics more diligently ”, said the Counselor of health.

Under the Convention, the Ministry of health, through the General direction of the patient, will act as intermediary in the complaints submitted by citizens, which in turn you will be sent the College of dentistry. In addition, the College will provide technical advice on complaints, claims or proposals that users of dental clinics.

In total, 3.701 with units of dentistry centers in the region, representing 38% of the volume of authorised health centres (9.631), according to the data of the General direction of management and inspection.
