Vitoria-Gasteiz, March 2012.- The regeneration of tissue through the application of plasma rich in growth factors is a practice well known and used successfully in fields such as the trauma or oral implantology, however, an innovative use of this enriched plasma is opening up way in the world of aesthetics. Preliminary studies

In the 2008 study was conducted a first (i) of this treatment in 100 patients and healthy volunteers. 50 Of them were applied plasma rich in growth factors (in three sessions) and the other 50 hyaluronic acid (also in three sessions). The findings of the study unveiled that the degree of improvement was much higher among patients who had received plasma enriched that among those who had been hyaluronic acid (increased basal hydration in patients treated with plasma and there was a notable decrease in the values of pH registered in the Group of PRGF).
