the Ministry of Health established the Project of training and improvement of the quality of healthcare network (Network-QualiSUS). The plan addresses the qualification of health management, through the organisation of regional networks of health care. In the first stage, which follows up to 2015, will be invested around r $ 1.1 billion (R $ 400 million financed by IBRD and R $ 700 million of the Union).
