The United Nations Organization (UN) considers equal opportunities as the process by which the General system of society, such as the environment, education, culture, housing, transport and social and health services, is accessible to all. The ability of individuals to seek and obtain dental treatment should be seen in this light.< p style = "text-align: center;" >

people with disabilities have the same rights and deserve the same consideration that people without disabilities. Equality, quality of life and the dignity of every human being must be sacred and inviolable. But, why always seems so difficult to work with people with special needs (PNE) in Office? Where is this culture that the care of these patients should always be for persons abnegadas or who have in their life stories with this population?
