PSOE answers Echániz Barreda spent 35 and not 200 million in lead patients to private centres
TOLEDO, 1 (EUROPA PRESS) The spokesman for health of the Socialist Group, Fernando Mora, which has ensured that it is “false” that the Government of José MarÃa Barreda initiate a process of privatization of the health centres, has explained that this Executive spent 35 million in lead patients to private hospitals, in pursuance of the law of guarantees in the specialized health care approved by the Executive of the PSOE in 2011. In press conference, Mora has come to the passage of the accusations that Monday was the Minister of health and Social Affairs, José Ignacio Echániz, who accused the former regional Government of “doing business with the health of the Estremadura”, because it spent 200 million a year for sending patients from the region to private hospitals. The Parliamentary Socialist, which has broken down the departure of 194 million euros which reflected regional budgets to health 2011, has indicated that these EUR 35 million expended in referring patients to private schools represent 1 percent of this game. But Echániz goes always bluff, has criticized Mora, referring to the statements made by the current Health Minister who has remembered the Madrid allocated 30 per cent of its budget health in private health care.
