COCEMFE and Fundación Repsol initiated a technology for women with disabilities training program in Salamanca -program form altogether 200 women with disabilities in rural areas of Castilla y León, 30 of them in Salamanca . -It is an integral formation covering the technology training, labour in labour skills and brokering with potential employers. -Will employ a fully adapted mobile unit equipped with ICT tools of last generation. Madrid, may 2012.-The Spanish Confederation of people with physical disability and organic (COCEMFE) and Fundación Repsol started a program that will be in the use of communication technologies applied to employment, to a total of 200 women with disabilities in the rural area of Castilla y León in Salamanca. In particular, in Salamanca, 30 of them will be formed. The project aims to make accessible to women with disabilities an instrument serving to strengthen labour insertion processes and promote the use of new tools with which to improve their level of employability. To provide access to eGovernment resources such as employment websites or search engines of job offers, using the latest ICT to overcome physical and social barriers that still exist in society.
