Madrid, 10 mar (EFE).-“I believe in justice, but I want justice to be done with my daughter,” said EfE the mother of a girl who, with only 6 months, suffered irreversible injuries – blind and in a wheelchair for life – by abuse of his carer who, after being sentenced to 9 years in prison, it has escaped.
The case of this girl gained notoriety last November, when the Provincial Court of Madrid tried to Clara Erika A.A., accused of mistreating her while he had resigned in a “patera nursery”-i.e. without a license to exercise this activity – located in a flat in the calle Clara Campoamor in the Madrid district of Carabanchel.

was found guilty of a crime of serious injury with the aggravating circumstance of treachery and sentenced to 9 years in prison and to pay 800,000 euros in compensation, but “the system has failed”, since when it was reported the sentence the women already had given flight, says EfE the lawyer of the family of the victimAntonio Serrano.
Counsel explains that the convicted, of Ecuadorian nationality, is missing and that, moreover, few assets that has are seized, so although he believes have done “all they legally had to be done”, if the authorities are not not pay for what he has done.

Mother had to go directly to the Doce de Octubre hospital, where the girl was on the verge of death for several days by severe cráneoencefálico trauma and retinal detachments.
Although the accused was arrested shortly afterwards and spent fourteen days in custody, on March 19 the judge decreed his bail pending trial because small had survived, although with a 70 percent disability.
During the hearing at the Madrid hearing, Clara Erika denied having beaten or dropped to the ground to the girl and only recognized her had buffeted “so that you react”.
