New study doctor demonstrates that those who enjoy alcohol in moderation are less likely to die young.

those who occasionally enjoy alcohol beverages tend to have a longer life those who avoid drinking altogether or who do so in excess, according to the University of Texas.

based on research carried out by Dr. Charles Holahan, who concluded that the mortality rates for those who have never drunk or very rarely drink alcohol are the highest, while the alcoholic have a moderate life cycle and those who enjoy alcohol occasionally live much longer compared to the two previous groups (41% of mortality).

69 Per cent of those who abstain from alcohol altogether have increased risk of having a premature death, 60% of heavy drinkers are at greater risk of dying prematurely, it is curious that this is the case, since the fans to drink alcohol often have worse health: suffer from cirrhosis, cancer, dependency and act recklessly drunk.

How is this possible? According to Dr. Holahan, alcohol helps people be more communicative and safe before others; as you know, a good relationship with people is quite beneficial for people’s mental health.

The people who abstain from alcohol tend to have more attacks of depression than those who drink at least once or twice per week according to reporting in the magazine TIME.

So the occasional drinkers of alcohol, should not worry while you consume with moderation; we have previously spoken of properties of the red wine; can consult them to learn about the benefits that entails drinking it and improve their health.
