the WTO urges the Council on health of Andalusia to an early solution of the conflict of medical residents before the mobilizations of LOS residents in ANDALUSIA -the WTO, through its national Vocalia doctors in training and the Andalusian Council of medical colleges, is offered as a mediator to reach a reasonable agreement between both parties Spain, November 2012.- the current situation of indefinite strike in which are kept resident internal specialists (EIR) of Andalusia as a result of the deterioration in their conditions employment and training, the Spanish Medical Association (OMC), through its national Vocalia’s doctors in training and the Council Andalusian of colleges of physicians, urged the Department of health to a prompt settlement of the conflict and is offered as a mediator to reach a reasonable agreement between the two sides. The WTO believes that the EIR play a fundamental role in the development of health care by which acquire, progressively and supervised manner, the necessary skills to obtain the title of specialist.
