Barcelona, January 2012.- Santiago Mier, marketing director of Danone since 2008, has received the award to the best young marketing executive granted by the firm of headhunters Seeliger y Conde.

Mier began his career in the marketing team of Danone Spain, reference in the marketing of consumer goods and where several professionals have come to occupy positions in subsidiaries of the company in other countries and even to possess high responsibilities in the Danone Group worldwide. First responsibility as chief marketing officer of Santiago Mier was in the Czech Republic and despite his youth, led the launch worldwide of Activia brand, present today in over 50 countries.

Danone sees the award recognition to the group policy support and promote the talent and the creation of teams in all functional areas.
