Madrid, 2011-October the Spanish Confederation of people with physical disability and organic (COCEMFE) organizes courses “ Digital communication: introduction to the Tools 2.0 and social networks ” and “ corporate documentation: writing in technical contexts ”. Both occur in the castle of San Servando de Toledo since 18 October, until Friday, 21 October.

In the course “ Digital communication: introduction to the Tools 2.0 and social networking ”, responsible for communication of the various entities of COCEMFE participants may get close to the new models of digital communication in the hands of the expert, Adelio Sánchez Planas.

The topics addressed include the functioning of the major social networks from the professional point of view, blogs, or the figure of the community manager.

The escitalopram

Depression and anxiety disorder

Depression is a common mental disorder that is attending with depressed mood, lack of interest or pleasure, feelings of guilt or low self esteem, disorders of sleep or appetite, low energy and lack of concentration. All these problems may become chronic or recurring, leading to major alterations in the capacity of a person to take charge of their daily responsibilities. At worst, depression can lead to suicide, each year involving the loss of some 850 000 vidasi.

The most common disorders among Europeans are anxiety (14%), insomnia (7%), depression (6.9%), somatoform disorders (not explained by a real illness, 6.3%), alcohol and drug dependence (less than 4%), lack of attention and hyperactivity (5% for young people), eating disorders (0.9%) and dementia (1% in the population between 60 and 65).
