Mexico, 9 mar (EFE).-A total of 218 people have died so far of the year due to influenza A, which implies an increase of 14.1% in a week, the Ministry of Health reported today in Mexico. In a statement said that from January 1 to March 8, 2012 is confirmed 6.414 cases and 244 deaths by different types of viruses of influenza circulating in the country, of whom 5.754 cases (90%) and 218 deaths (89 per cent) correspond to the variety AH1N1.
