Fern Service Ready unit freed the region’s Hospital demand. Ministry of health invested r $ 2.6 million in the construction of the UPA.
the Minister of health, Alexandre Padilha, inaugurated last Tuesday (15) next to Governor Agnelo Queiroz, the first unit of Ready Service (UPA 12:0 am) of the Federal District. The unit located in the satellite city of Fern extends assistance in health and improves the network of urgencies and emergencies in the region, reducing the demand on the door of the Regional Hospital of Fern. The Ministry of health invested r $ 2.6 million in the construction of the UPA and still will give $ 250 thousand monthly – $ 3 million per year for servicing the unit –.
“we know that most problems can be solved in basic health units and the units of Service Ready. And the best way to end the queues at the ready aid is to organize the health system, with the deployment of UPAs and expansion of basic care, “said Alexandre Padilha. Health Minister wants to bring innovation to the treatment accorded to persons of the region and want to deploy, in UPA fern, the pilot project with a point of Telehealth.
