Logroño, 29 nov (EFE).-the President of the Government of La Rioja, Pedro Sanz, today announced that the agreement has been closed with Navarre to health in primary and specialized care for patients from neighboring towns and has stressed that it still “open” to negotiate with the Basque country “in the same terms”.
