Chavez is being attended by “a multidisciplinary team that we are working together”, noted Sader without specifying the specialties or the countries that make up the team of doctors.

“We are all insurance, doctors and not doctors, that he will overcome this battle as he has demonstrated”, the Minister continued.

Sader defended the fact that not the nature of the cancer that afflicts the President, has spread widely criticized by the Venezuelan opposition decision.

“There is one thing that is called medical confidentiality and is what the patient wants to say.” “Your health privacy is private for you, it is your right to preserve,” considered Sader, who accompanied the head of State for a few days in treatment in Cuba.

Said that Chavez “has made public” medical reports and that “he says all the time that has the tumor in the abdominal via.” “He has said that he wants to say,” he added.

Sader said that Chavez still has not been submitted to sessions of radiation therapy, a treatment that the President has already announced that it was going to need reiterating, however, has no metastases.

According to the Minister, the beginning of radiation therapy will not occur but “several weeks” after the operation, although not stated if the treatment will take place in Venezuela or in Cuba.
