Oviedo, 2011-October Over two thousand professionals in psychiatry and mental health will gather at the Palacio de Exposiciones y Congresos, Oviedo next week – from 8 to 11 November — on the occasion of the 15th National Congress of Psychiatry, to be held under the motto ‘ for excellence and professional development ’. Organized by the Spanish society of Biological Psychiatry (SEPB) and the Spanish society of Psychiatry (SEP), is the most important event of this area in all Latin America.
