Foundation MRW delivers 79.2000€ to messengers of peace.

with this Act, MRW Foundation puts end to the second edition of his campaign 1 € Solidario ” for a project of child nutritional care of messengers of peace in Haiti.

Spain, 2011-September the President of the Foundation MRW‐Red of emotions, Francisco Martín Frías, and its Director General, Esther Martín, made a cheque of 79,200 euros to the President of the peace messengers NGOFather Angel, Act which officially closes the second edition of his campaign € 1 Solidario. The money handed over to the father Angel has been donated by themselves clients of the network transport urgent MRW and will finance a humanitarian project of the NGO in Haiti, with the aim of improving the living conditions and food of some 440 people (80% children) living in Fond Parisiena rural areas most affected by the latest earthquake.

Recall that on 12 January 2010, the terrible earthquake in Haiti, cost the lives of more than 250,000 people and devastated 80% of the capital and much of the most populous of the country area twenty months after the disaster, Haiti, the poorest country in Latin AmericaIt still needs the help of everyone. According to messengers of peace, reconstruction efforts have only just begun and still more than one million people are still living in tents, lacking all kinds of services and infrastructure and material resources to meet their basic needs.

1 € Solidarity campaign is an initiative launched by MRW in 2010 which has achieved something innovative as it is directly involving customers in the social action of the brand. Under this campaign, customers provide Solidario € 1 for every free shipping which benefit. All of these contributions is allocated to a project that is intended to combat child malnutrition that is chosen by the customers, employees and franchisees. The first edition of this campaign already managed to spend 100,000 euros to a project of action against hunger in Guinea Conakry. The third edition whose destination is a project in the Indian State of Andra Pradesh, carried out by the Vicente Ferrer Foundation is now in force.

. during the Act of delivery of the cheque to father Angel, which has taken place at the headquarters of the Fundación MRW Spain l ’ Hospitalet de Llobregat (Barcelona), father Angel has thanked the donation and has stressed the importance of initiatives as 1€ Solidario, to help them deal with their humanitarian projects ”. In the course of the meeting, Esther Martín, has tapped to stop presenting the father Angel some of the many projects that it intends to implement the newly created network MRW Foundation of emotions, and you have been invited to join its Board of Trustees. The founder of messengers of peace has been enchanted and had accepted the offer.

The MRW‐Red Foundation of emotions aims to work for a world in which all children have access to the tangible necessary for their physical, intellectual and emotional development. It focuses on the child population between zero and 12 years, investing in solidarity projects, and raising public awareness of the difficult situation facing children in many parts of the world, where even today they have no access to essential goods. The Foundation wants to be a solidarity network, uniting people of solidarity vocation with desire to help children who need it, non-governmental organizations who need funds to carry out humanitarian projects aimed at children, and/or companies decided to collaborate with the Foundation in joint initiatives for social action, among others. Ultimately, unite emotions and work together to create a network of effective aid.
