Torrevieja, 2013 February.- nurses of the Department of health of Torrevieja, boast a plan of internal training that includes a wide range of training courses and workshops that allow the configuration of a scientific programme custom ”.

Thus, alongside the internal training activities, the direction of nursing from the Hospital of Torrevieja bet by encouraging their professionals to have direct contact and presence as a communicating in scientific meetings. In this year, and for the third consecutive year, has been made a call for ideas to present research of nursing in nursing that will take place during the year 2013-specific conferences and meetings.

The call which had official status, presented various original works, defended by its authors, which are exhibited in the Hall of the Hospital of Torrevieja, in order to promote knowledge by the rest of professionals and have a meeting place for these first ideas culminating with oral presentations or poster at scientific meetings type.

The evaluation of the work was performed by management, scientific and technical criteria and other related to the impact and the quality of care, novelty that can report to the scientific community of nursing and the interest aroused for the professionals.

In the final phase, work will allow their authors attend different conferences and workshops on behalf of the Hospital/Department of Torrevieja. This initiative has been widely welcomed by all employees, who have at their disposal a suitable opportunity to expand the knowledge of practitioners through attendance at scientific meetings.

On the other hand, the internal training provided to professionals in the Department this year includes training activities related to routine clinical practice, new strategic projects of care to the patient and other courses to encourage the skills of communication and treatment with the patientall it seeks to respond to the needs of users and achieve clinical excellence based on the latest available evidence.
