Andalusia, March 2012.- on day 1 of February took place the publication in the BOJA of the invitation to tender of medicines in Andalusia, on January 25, 2012 SAS management address resolution. Before the manifest unconstitutionality of the system that seeks to impose in Andalusia thereon, CEOFA has filed appeal with the Minister of health of Andalusia against the aforementioned resolution, to be declared null and void the call.

CEOFA, once again, reveals his intention to fight the introduction of this system, contrary to the necessary cohesion of the public health system state and discriminatory with regard to the Andalusian citizen and professionals who serve them by all the legal means at its disposal to decide.
