The participants of the meeting will be made aware of the impact of Noncommunicable chronic diseases (DCNT) in health management in Brazil. With duration of one year, the QualiDia will encourage technical cooperation, the sharing of experiences, community mobilization, commitment in the construction of effective intervention plans for the care of diabetes, in addition to analyzing the hospitalization indicators, to see if the actions undertaken have helped to reduce the number of hospitalizations.
