La Universidad de Vic organizes the 3rd Edition of courses on gerontological focused attention on the person.

Spain, January 2013.- before the high interest aroused in the two previous editions (2001 and 2012) the University of Vic announces a third edition of training actions on the gerontological care centered on the person. An approach, model and method for the improvement of the quality of life and the protection of rights of persons users.

It should be noted that this year there will be two distinct courses, the first initiation model, on 21 and 22 May addressed to professionals who want to learn about their bases and key proposals, and other advanced days, 23, 24 and 25 may aimed at professionals with basic knowledge of the model who wants to deepenshare experiences and learn about strategies for its application in geriatric services.

Both courses will be taught by Teresa Martínez Rodríguez, psychologist expert in social gerontology and author of the guide the attention gerontological person-centered.
