The Working Group INCATIV of the Hospital Arnau de Vilanova celebrates its 4th Annual Conference.

Valencia, January 2013.- the INCATIV research group, born in the Hospital Arnau de Vilanova, has celebrated its annual day IV of all of its members with the presence of more than 50 researchers nurses Center coordinators and field researchers.

The INCATIV research group, proposes the incorporation of indicators for the measurement of the quality of nursing services that allow to work teams and managers developing his own projects and continuous improvement programs.

the day, inaugurated by the Director of nursing of the Department Valencia – Arnau de Vilanova – Lliria, Vicente Hervás, has counted with the participation of 19 hospitals in the Comunitat Valenciana that currently make up the Group’s work. increasingly more hospitals are committed to the quality and safety of the patient on intravenous therapy, interested in receiving the best training offer ”, says the director of nursing.

During the Conference attendees had the opportunity to meet and discuss the latest results obtained in different health centres, the following training activities related with the peripheral vascular access and Central lines will be coming soon, as well as the implementation of the daily PAC ”.
