Zaragoza will host the III Congress Spanish of the disease of Párkinson.

Madrid, 2011-September Zaragoza will host the III Congress Spanish on the Parkinson’s disease, aimed at family and affected; health and rehabilitation professionals, researchers in this field; and to individuals or groups interested in the disease. Edition, the Congress is organized with the aim of providing information to all those interested in this pathology. III Congress, which has been declared of health interest, will be held on 23 and 24 September and will feature the honorary Presidency of his Majesty King Juan Carlos i.

The Congress III is a great bet of the Federation for offering the most complete and up-to-date information on the disease ”, explains José Luis Molero, President of the FEP. As in previous editions, the Congress will feature the participation of specialists who will discuss the latest medical advances in this field. Unlike other editions, this year will have a unique program where may participate jointly affected and health professionals.

The objectives pursued by the Spanish Federation of Párkinson with the Organization of this Congress are, once again: deepen the knowledge of the disease; update of the latest medical advances on the párkinson; offer to attendees, professionals and concerned a framework for the exchange of knowledge; and unify criteria among professionals.

Program

The programme has been developed jointly by the Spanish Federation of Párkinson and its Medical Advisory Committee and; In addition to the most current topics on disease, organize workshops designed for professionals, associations, families and affected. With the Organization of these workshops, the Federation aims to give voice to the victims where they can share experiences and learnings.

The scheduled conferences will focus on various topics such as disorders of balance of gait and falls, non-motor symptoms of this pathology or treatments for Parkinson’s disease advanced; There will also be space to address the latest therapeutic developments and new lines of research.
