Madrid, December 2011.- in relation to the news published in the media which exposes the intention, local entertainment of Seville, bypass in the coming days, among its clients, a cosmetic surgery operation, in collaboration with a clinic aesthetic headquartered in the Sevillian capital, the SECPRE, as representative of practically all Spanish plastic surgeons scientific society, wishes to express the following considerations:
-the SECPRE is opposed to any activity where there is the slightest risk or probability of turning medicine into a spectacle.
-The SECPRE wants to highlight the lack of ethics of these actions on the basis of the frivolity with which it is a doctor of physical and psychological issue, where not is is taking into account the role of the health professional as an expert who must decide whether it is appropriate or not perform a surgery.
-The SECPRE disapproves this type of competition because it goes against the principles and values which society has spread among its members and the general population since its creation.
-The SECPRE highlights the risk posed to the youth population converting plastic surgery in a game. Madrid, March 2011-welfare health national (PSN) and the College of dentists and stomatologists of Huelva have signed a collaboration agreement to bring products and services of the entity to these professionals. The agreement has been initialled by the President of the College, Eugenio Cordero, in a meeting that has served two institutions close ties and embody the will of collaboration between the two in writing.
Thanks to the signing of this agreement, more than 200 dentists onubenses may access under preferential conditions the portfolio of products and services that PSN puts at your disposal, both in the field of protection staff in the management of the heritage and family.
the President of the College of dentists of Huelva, Eugene lamb, is flanked by Maribel RodrÃguez, responsible for Seville and Huelva of PSN, and Martina DomÃnguez, advises commercial Huelva.
