The Minister of health, Luis Rosado, accompanied by the health, Lourdes Bernal, Councillor and the director-general of VitalAire in the Iberian Peninsula, Philippe Lecerf, have opened this Tuesday this consultation, which will serve patients in the hospitals of the faith, the clinician, the Peset, the General, the Arnau and Manises.
Rosado has explained that in this Centre, located on the Avenue of the old Kingdom of Valencia, it will deal to people affected by a chronic respiratory disease “need the servitude of an oxygen form maintained in all its forms” and who need “a periodic control of the treatment they receive, as well as comprehensive information of how it regular treatment itself”.
In particular, respiratory diseases will be treated in this clinic by physiotherapists and nurses will be cystic apnea of sleeping, the pulmonary obstructive chronic disease (COPD), fibrosis, as well as restrictive diseases among others. The treatments, VitalAire offered to patients with respiratory ailments are oxygen, aerosoltherapy, handling secretions, ventilation and monitoring.
The query is divided into three areas: a medical consultation for the treatment of sleep, a care consultation for the adaptation of the oxygen of ambulation and a meeting room for training in respiratory therapies of patients tutor, where for example if they feel discomfort breathing when making a bed they are taught to overcome them.

In this way, the director of VitalAire, Philippe Lecerf, has indicated that this Centre aims to “protect the patient and help prevent possible acute episodes or possible income”, which “means managing effectively and allow the health system to be more sustainable thanks to the reduction of hospitalizations”.
Rosado has pointed out that this clinical forms part of the current concert that exists in the treatment of oxygen therapy in the province of Valencia with VitalAire, while the concert in Castellon and Alicante is granted to other commercial houses.
