BENEO will consolidate expertise to customers in Fi Europe. chain

Madrid, 2011-September in the this year’s Edition of the European fair of food ingredients (FiE) to be held in Paris, BENEO – one of the leading manufacturers of functional ingredients – will show its continued commitment to supporting customers in all phases of product development through the announcement of the creation of its BENEO-Technology Center.

BENEO-Technology Center brings together the long experience in food applications of BENEO in order to improve and enhance product innovation and technical. As such, it will complement the expertise of BENEO chain, providing customers with expertise to address technical issues related to the development and formulation of products. The foundations of this Center were in 2009 when BENEO founded the BENEO-Institute, which provides guidance and leadership in areas of nutrition, health and legal. In addition, BENEO developed its technical expertise to provide customers with expertise on perspectives of market and consumers, to the point of developing concepts for product and marketing to demonstrate the benefits of the functional ingredients of BENEO.

To highlight one of the areas of specialization of BENEO-Technology Center, Rudy Wouters, Vice President Food Application Technology and Head of BENEO-Technology Center, he will speak at the FiE on the creation of texture and creaminess in low-fat food products.
