Madrid, October 2011.- the Manager of the Department of health of Dénia, Ángel Giménez, has picked up in the early hours of Tuesday in Madrid, and for the first time, the first prize which convenes in the aparatado of e-health SIMO Network, the international fair of services and ICT solutions for companies.

A selection Committee composed of professionals specialized in health and ICT media: Diario Médico, Ariadna (World), Ciberpaís (El País), Computing Spain and Computerworld, selected nine projects from the submitted 47 passed to the second phase to be submitted to a vote on open line.

The votes cast between 1 to 23 September have finally been those who have chosen the winning project: the one presented by the Hospital of Dénia.

The aim of the prize for innovation in e-health is to contribute to a wider dissemination of the main technological advances that occur in the field of health in Spain and the consequent benefit to the patient.
