DENTAID participates in the 12th Symposium of dental assistants and dental hygienists from AHIADEC to

encounter of the Associació d ’ hygienists Auxiliars Dentals of Catalonia was held on 23 and 24 November

Barcelona, November 2012- DENTAID, leader in oral health, sponsored the 12th Symposium of dentistry to assistants and dental hygienists from the AHIADEC (Associació d ’ hygienists i Auxiliars Dentals of) Catalunya). The meeting, which was attended by more than 400 assistants, and dental hygienists took place on 23 and 24 November at its Barcelona headquarters.

DENTAID presented their latest releases of product and solutions in oral health, as it is the range of VITIS implant, art brushes specially designed for hygiene, care and protection of dental implants.

The main topics that were discussed at the meeting, include advances in digital dentistry and the maintenance of the health and hygiene of the gums in the female population to the hormonal changes of puberty, pregnancy and menopause periods. Also, dealt with implants in periodontal patients and the role of dental hygienist in the identification of potential risk factors. During the closure, became the 12th scientific prize for research in Odontostomatologica delivery for dental hygienists.
