Years ago, the elderly, was a stage of life, in which the exercise was not a requirement, however, current and fortunately, investigations, have overcome this misconception, because exercise at this age, is staying in shape both physically and mentally. The years are not what matter, but the time that exercise the body for a few good benefits of health

Has been proved that any person who has a good state of health, applies perfectly to perform everyday tasks (compare, dress, walking), therefore, exercise in an old man is fundamental to be able to exercise them.

Of course, the physical condition and age, be taken into account. The best for this kind of exercises aimed at this age, is to practice in the open air, because it produces a greater relaxation, better environment and takes advantage of the natural environment.

We must practise at most an hour and always thinking about not making efforts, let us remember that it should just tone up muscles, joints, and device cardiovascular.

Must always start with deep breaths, resting several times, hydrate well. If the practice is done in group, much better, because being sociable, is a plus for anyone of this age.
