we all know that increasingly people are fatter and suffer different types of diseases caused by poor diet and a sedentary lifestyle.

Fructose

A study of the IMSS has shown that eating foods with fructose increases the risk of heart disease, diabetes and overweight.

fructose is a form of sugar that is within fruits, vegetables and honey, which is often used to flavor fast foods, thanks that costs less; together with glucose make up the known refined sugar that is normally consumed.

Due to its natural origin, fructose was considered as sweetener for diabetics and healthy sweetener alternative; however, with the passing of time, it has shown that when fructose is processed, nothing more you can do it through the liver and this means that the organ in question works more and put aside their usual functions.

The unrefined fructose is good for health, but the problem comes when it comes to eating junk food and artificial drinks that contain high amounts of this sweetener.

This information is already in the public domain, but in Latin American countries is still considered fructose as a good alternative when it comes to a healthy diet (and clear, take into account that it is very cheap), it was decided to make the corresponding medical study by pediatrician Luis Celestino Villaroel Cruz.

It has been observed that those who consume sugary beverages, sweets and other foods with fructose tend to present more narrow arteries and therefore, this causes more heart attacks and bad circulation in general .

This happens also for the insulin resistance which causes fructose and as already mentioned, preventing body to better process consumed sugar and bring various physical ailments that make damaging health.

We recommend moderate consumption of sugar and turn to other alternatives; and if you consume fruits, preference is for breakfast, so that nutrients and sugars are used throughout the day’s activities.
