The Ministry of health of the Generalitat Catalan has launched this Friday the Observatory for innovation in health management in Catalonia (OIGSC), which aims to bring together innovative experiences in the health management being carried out in the Catalan health system.

El OIGSC, which has the endorsement of the Agency of information, evaluation and quality of health, helps health organizations have an open space of participation that collects the knowledge generated environment to the development of innovative initiatives, the Counsellor of the bouquet, Boi Ruiz, has been explained during the presentation of the initiative.

Has realized that organizations that are members of the Observatory are already developing and applying innovative measures in health to respond to needs management that are generating due to social transformation and the economic crisis.

To strengthen its role as agglutinating, the Observatory has a Steering Committee comprising representatives of the Ministry, the Catalan Health Institute (ICS), the Catalan Union of hospitals (UCH), the Consortium for health and Social of Catalonia and the Catalan Association of health entities (Aces).

La Conselleria has enabled a form for organizations that have implemented innovative initiatives can be part of the OIGSC if they want to.
