Prague, 2 Dec (EFE).-the grouping of trade unions (LOZ) Slovakia today accepted the pay offer raised by the Government to put an end to a strike that has led to a health emergency in the country, to the renunciation of the mass of doctors in their jobs of work.

According to the journal The Daily.sk, Marian Kollar, LOZ, steering said that accepting the offer of the Government, previously rejected, was a “tough decision”, but that it was taken because physicians are concerned about the people.

According to the newspaper “Hosopdarske Noviny”, Kollar said that “now it’s up to the Government keep its promises and to the National Assembly approve them”.

The supply of the Executive consists of raising the wages of doctors between 1.25 to 2.3 times above the average nationwide salary.

Doctors have stated that they will return to their posts as soon be taken appropriate legislative measures, including the readmission of 1,200 doctors resigned from their jobs and are now in the unemployment

The Slovakia Government had to declare a State of emergency in fifteen hospitals in the country, before the announcement of 2,000 optional that left their posts from December 1.
