Starts the 15th International course of Rhinoplasty and Facial Surgery in the Hospital of Móstoles.

Spain, February 2011.- the Manager of the Hospital Universitario de Móstoles, Cristina Granados, accompanied by the Centre, Primitivo Ortega, otolaryngology head and Professor at the University of Puerto Rico, Juan Trinidad Pinedo, inaugurated on Monday the 15th International course of Rhinoplasty and Facial Surgery will run until the next day 25. The main attraction of the seminars are live surgery sessions that will take place the core days of the week.

Dr. Primitivo Ortega has opened the meeting with a brief tour through the history of surgery of the nose, since its inception, almost at the same time that medicine, to the sophisticated current interventions. Joseph, who initiated the 40 years of the last century has highlighted the relevance of the Italian Rhinoplasty of the Renaissance that preceded the modern technique attributed to the great German surgeon.

The course is based on retransmission live full surgical interventions, from the operating room to conference room, with very interesting techniques to the public in general as Otoplasty (correction of the ears), Chin surgery, blepharoplasty (eyelid correction) or the repair of small facial defects and refinement. The workshops have been organized by the ENT service of hospital with the collaboration of Anesthesiology and operating room nursing services. the objective of this traditional meeting that began 20 years ago is the educational Rhinoplasty and other surgical techniques for facial plastic surgery of the direct and complete manner to facilitate understanding and learning of all participantsregardless of their experience and level of knowledge. For this reason, the course covers from the basics to the most advanced surgical techniques in Otoplasty, Chin surgery, blepharoplasty and facial refinement.
