Buttocks are large muscular portions, that with the passage of time and the lack of activity, are losing tenacity and fall.

To retrieve the young and athletic aspect of them can be a series of simple exercises:

-Walk by pressing the buttocks to the time to take the step.

A detail for anything less is that before engaging in any physical activity should be the correct preheating, so as to not damage the muscles.

It is also vitally important stretch after the session of exercises to restore muscles to normal.
