Aragonese Health Advisor sends a letter to his Catalan counterpart after detecting 6 not assisted patients

The Aragonese, health advisor to Social Welfare and family of the Government of Aragon, Ricardo Oliván, has sent a letter to his counterpart in Catalan, Boi Ruiz, after detecting the existence of six patients Aragonese who have not received assistance in the Hospital of Lleida in the specialties of orthopedic surgery and gynaecology.
