MADRID, 1 (EUROPA PRESS)

The most representative trade union organizations in the health sector (CCOO, SATSE, UGT, CSIF, CEMSATSE and IGC) have sent a letter to the Popular parliamentary group in the Congress that they ask the current Minister of the bouquet, Ana Mato, to convene to table sectoral State of health which was established last September, at the behest of his predecessor in OfficeLeire Pajin.

That body, which then joined the communities of Catalonia, Andalusia, Asturias, Aragón, Canary Islands and Navarra, aimed to create a meeting point for the health administrations and trade unions can negotiate, dialogue and common aspects related to the HR of the national system of health (SNS).

, However, “since its creation has not had a regular functioning” and, moreover, in the present legislature still has not met any time, “while requested repeatedly to the new Minister”.

Why unions have decided to go to the ' popular ' of the Congress so that they carry out any parliamentary initiative to “clarify the tasks and competences of the different forums and established the necessary mechanisms to develop their skills”.

Also consider that the sectoral table should act at a time when “there are major changes”, and especially after that in the last Interterritorial Council decided to form three working groups on working conditions of professionals of the sector, covering issues such as professional development, the definition of a new compensation model or the determination of equivalence between different professional categoriesignoring the necessary negotiation of the aforementioned matters.

“this sectoral table state of health is not something new, in the field of public administrations already exist others in different sectors in education, the University and the general administration of the State and with identical abilities to those defined in this table and are developing its tasks with greater or lesser difficulty but addressing competencies that have been assigned”, they have remembered the unions.
