from Japan, scientific of Jichi Medical University, have decided after a thorough study, open a new front in the fight against malaria. It’s using the same carrier of the malaria mosquito, it might be responsible for distributing vaccine.
This would be achieved by creating genetically altered mosquitoes, with this new procedure, it induces an immunological reaction after the mosquito bite as if it were a conventional vaccine, but no pain or cost. despite the fact that it could be a fact, there are certain barriers CIOMS, as there would be no supervision or consent by the population, nor a dose specified, the natural order cannot be controlled, so it can represent a problem.
Anyway, the study has yielded very positive results and will continue to investigate about how society can respond to this new idea.
